How to Take Cell-Tech:
1) Take 1 scoop of CELL-TECH with 12 oz. of water immediately following your workout. If you’re not training that day, have your serving in the morning when you wake up
* For BETTER Results: Take 2 scoops
** For EVEN BETTER Results: Take 2 scoops for the first 7 days (loading phase) in the morning when you wake up and 2 scoops later in the day (after your workout). After the 7 days take 1 scoop in the morning, 1 scoop midday and then 1 scoop after training.
